Preparation
Crush the cardamom and allspice, break 2/6 of the cinnamon sticks in half, so that the flavors are released well.
Heat the pomegranate juice with the crushed cinnamon sticks, allspice pods, and cardamom pods in a saucepan. Bring to just below a boil and let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Briefly dip the rims of the cocktail glasses into the pomegranate juice and then into half of the straw, creating a sugary rim around the rim of the glass.
Strain the pomegranate juice and divide it over the cocktail glasses together with the ice cubes, remaining cane sugar, Licor 43 and ginger beer.
To garnish, stick the remaining cinnamon sticks into the glasses and garnish with the pomegranate seeds.
