Cinnamon - Peg card

Cinnamon is the inner layer of the brown bark of the 'cinnamon tree'. The bark naturally takes on its round shape during the drying process. It is usually used in sweet dishes such as cakes, cookies, ice cream, pudding, and chocolate milk. Cinnamon is also widely used in Asian and Eastern cuisine.
