Spicy chicken satay with three satay sauce variations

Chicken satay with three delicious homemade satay sauces. Satay sauce with coconut, ginger, or a spicy version. All three are delicious with spicy chicken satay. These skewers will be a hit with everyone at the BBQ this summer. Which flavor will you spice up your satay sauce with?
Preparation
Cut the chicken into cubes and sprinkle with the Spicy Chicken Mix. Rub the spice mix in well and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
Grill the chicken skewers on the barbecue until golden brown and cooked through and serve with the Satay sauce variations.
For the satay sauce variation 1:
Heat the satay sauce (ready-made) and stir in the coconut milk. Garnish with grated coconut.
For the satay sauce variation 2:
Slice the spring onions into rings. Heat the satay sauce (ready-made) and stir in the lime juice and ground ginger. Garnish with the spring onions.
For the satay sauce variation 3:
- Heat the satay sauce (ready-made) and stir in the chili flakes. Garnish with fried onions.

- 80 ml Satésaus (kant-en-klaar)
- 25 ml kokosmelk
- 15 g geraspte kokos
- Satésaus variatie 2:
- 80 ml Satésaus (kant-en-klaar)
- 1 el Gember (gemalen)
- sap van 1 limoen
- 1 bosuitje
- Satésaus variatie 3:
- 80 ml Satésaus (kant-en-klaar)
- 1 el Chilivlokken
- 10 g gefrituurde uitjes
