Preparation
Halve the tomato mixture. Bring a pan of water to a boil, cook the peas for 4 minutes until tender, then drain.
Meanwhile, bring a second pan of water to a boil, cook the tagliatelle according to the package directions, and drain. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the peas for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, World Spice Meal - Pasta Bolognese, and cream. Cook for 3 minutes, then add the tagliatelle.
Add half of the Parmesan and stir to thicken the sauce.
Divide the pasta among the plates and garnish with the remaining Parmesan.
