Foam omelet with grated cheese. This fluffy, whipped omelet is perfect for Easter breakfast. Serve the foam omelet with toasted bread and butter. You can easily season the omelet with World Spice Meal - Omelet. The blend contains 100% natural ingredients and no added salt.
Preparation
Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with the World Spice Meal - Omelet.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form in a grease-free bowl. Gently fold the egg yolks into the beaten egg whites and stir in the grated cheese.
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Cover and cook over low heat until done.
Serve warm, for example with toasted bread.
