Tex-Mex fajitas with tempeh

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Halve the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into strips. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and cut into strips.
Cut the tempeh into slices and marinate with half of the Chunky Tex-Mex Salsa sauce.
Meanwhile, coarsely chop the cilantro. Grate the zest of half the lime (don't zest the white part, as it's bitter) and squeeze out the juice. Slice the remaining lime into wedges. Drain the black beans.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the tempeh. Add the bell pepper and black beans and cook for 5 minutes, or until tender.
Prepare the wraps in the oven according to the package directions. Meanwhile, mix the red cabbage with the lime juice and zest.
Divide the tempeh mixture and vegetables among the wraps and top with the red cabbage and avocado. Garnish with cilantro and serve with the remaining Chunky Tex-Mex Salsa and lime wedges.
