Fajita salad with cauliflower rice and steak

Make a marinade with ¾ of the Verstegen World Spice Meal - Fajita and 2/3 of the olive oil. Brush the steak with the marinade.
Heat a grill pan until very hot. Cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (depending on your desired doneness). Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes in aluminum foil after cooking.
Drain the baby corn. Mix the baby corn with the remaining Verstegen World Spice Meal - Fajita. Heat the remaining olive oil in a grill pan over high heat and grill the baby corn briefly until grill marks appear.
Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to a boil. Cook the cauliflower rice for 1 minute and drain immediately.
Cut the romaine lettuce into strips. Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Finely chop the cilantro and reserve 1/5. Mix the romaine lettuce, onion, and cilantro with the cauliflower rice.
Divide the cauliflower rice salad among plates. Thinly slice the steak and arrange it over the salad, followed by the grilled corn. Garnish with the remaining cilantro.
