(Vegetarian) chicken fajita with bell pepper, onion and whole wheat wraps
This fajita combines tender (vegetarian) chicken and crispy vegetables with the World Spice Meal - Fajita. A quick meal for a weeknight.
Bereidingswijze
Cut the (vegetarian) chicken into strips. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and the onion into half rings.
Heat a pan over medium heat and fry the (vegetarian) chicken until golden brown.
Add the bell pepper and onion and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still have some bite.
Add the Verstegen World Spice Meal - Fajita and fry briefly to bring the dish to a good seasoning.
Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the packaging.
Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture over the wraps and serve immediately.
Garnish with fresh coriander, lime and sour cream if desired.
