Chicken burrito
Chicken burritos! A quick trip to Mexican cuisine with these delicious burritos.
Chicken Burrito! A generously filled burrito with lightly marinated chicken thighs and a deliciously fresh Mexican-inspired salad.
Preparation
Finely chop the garlic cloves. In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with the garlic, tarragon, and olive oil. Season with black pepper and/or World Spice Meal - Burrito to taste. Let it sit.
Meanwhile, cut the red bell pepper into 1 cm cubes, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and finely chop the fresh cilantro. Drain the corn. In a bowl, combine the lamb's lettuce with the red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, julienned carrots, corn, and cilantro. Add the yogurt and black pepper to taste. Toss the salad.
Heat a pan and fry the chicken thighs in the marinade until cooked and brown.
Meanwhile, heat the tortilla wraps according to the package directions. Take a tortilla and place 1/8 of the salad in the center. Top with a roasted chicken thigh and fold the tortilla over the top like an envelope. Repeat for all the tortillas.

- 8 kippendijen
- 1 rode paprika
- 75 g peen julienne
- 125 g cherrytomaten
- 50 g sla naar keuze, bijv. eikenbladsla melange
- 150 g mais (blik)
- 3 el yoghurt
- 2 tenen knoflook
- 2 el Dragon
- 5 g verse koriander
- 4 el olijfolie
- Zwarte peper, naar smaak
