Mexican burritos with minced meat and chipotle

Mexican burritos with ground beef and chipotle. They're filled with brown rice, ground beef, corn, chipotle peppers, tomatoes, and leeks. Serve these Mexican burritos with a delicious, refreshing sauce made with light crème fraîche, quark, and sriracha sauce.
Preparation
Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package and drain.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Finely chop the chipotle pepper. Halve the cherry tomatoes and drain the corn.
Heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the ground beef and brown. Add the World Spice Meal - Burrito, corn, chipotle, leek, and passata and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the light crème fraîche with the quark and sriracha to make a sauce. Coarsely chop the parsley.
Prepare the wraps according to the package directions. Top each wrap with the rice and ground meat mixture. Serve with the light crème fraîche sauce and parsley.

- 8 volkoren wraps medium
- 2 takken peterselie
